ABOUT:

M-Solar is a Swedish company based at Ideon Science Park in Lund. The mission of the company is to help business clients (with sustainability/ net zero focus) to reduce CO2 emissions and commit to long-term climate actions.

We do so by building the all-in-one software platform, making business clients’ net zero journey easier and more accurate. We work closely with business clients that are high-end product service companies from Nordics and other EU countries, who care about the environment and want to work with science-based targets for achieving net zero.

We’re a team of curious high-performers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks from start to finish. We care deeply about our clients and help them achieve their net zero goal with a user-friendly and world-changing product.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Product Lead to lead the process of building a new web product.

You have worked as a product owner/ product lead or similar roles in a company before (at least 1 year), and you want to be part of M-Solar’s journey for creating a long-lasting impact.

Your day to day will look like:

• Define the product strategy, roadmap, aligned with business objectives together with the CEO and tech team.
• Ensure the product roadmap is implemented within the agreed timelines to launch the new web product and iterate for making improvements.
• Actively contribute to the product development process (based on your background and the relevance, you might be involved in observing/interacting with users, writing code, designing product specs), leveraging your hands-on experience.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand their needs, utilising analytics and user feedback to inform decision-making. 
• Collaborate with team members and customers to shape the future of Climate Tech.

We would love working with you if you:

• Have proven experience as a product owner/ product lead or similar roles (at least 1 year), with hands-on experience contributing directly to product development,
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment,
• Have solid analytical and customer-centric decision-making skills,
• Have proficient communication and interpersonal skills,
• Have desire to grow and lead the development of building a impactful product,
• Worked in a startup before (this is a plus),
• Have a software engineering background (this is a plus), 
• Speak Swedish (this is a plus),
• Have a valid permit to work and live in Sweden (this is a must).
